  • What is your vaccination status?

    We are fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and will happily wear masks upon your request.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

    No, you do not. Portland Metro Cleaning brings all of the necessary tools and supplies to your home/office. Do you have a cleaning agent preference? Let us know and we will be sure to use your favorite cleaner in your home. We are currently using Meyers products, Bar Keepers scrubbing agent, Lysol toilet cleaner and Tilex mold remover (sparingly).

  • Can I be home during the clean?

    Yes, you can! Although we prefer the home to be empty so that we may quickly navigate through the house without any interruptions.

  • How many people do you have on staff?

    Portland Metro Cleaning has 3 partners. We are a family team that not only work but live together as well.

  • Will I have the same cleaner every clean?

    Yes! Portland Metro Cleaning understands how important it is for you to know who is in your home. We are a team of 3. You will meet Lisa, the head cleaning expert during your meet and greet.

  • What is this Meet & Greet again?

    It is an opportunity to see if we are a good fit and take a look at your cleaning needs. It is important to us that we connect on both the business and personal level. We will be discussing your cleaning priorities and doing a quick walk through of your space.

  • What do I do with my pets during our scheduled clean?

    Our cleaning experts LOVE animals. You are welcome to let them roam as usual if they are friendly and are not tricksters or escape artists. We have indoor cats in our home which makes us overly conscientious about open doors and windows.

  • How do we pay you?

    Portland Metro Cleaning accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle and Zelle. You can leave cash/check on the kitchen counter. We will text you when the clean is done and you can send payment through the app of your choice within 24 hours. Property Management companies will be invoiced once the move out clean is completed.

  • Can we schedule on the weekend or in the evening?

    Yes! Portland Metro Cleaning is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and on holidays.

  • Are you insured?

    Portland Metro Cleaning holds a $1,000,000.00 General Liability Policy.

  • Do I have to do a Meet & Greet?

    Nope! We would be happy to discuss your cleaning priorities over the phone and schedule you on the next available opening. We are more than happy to provide you with glowing referrals upon request.
